70% Faster execution on core workflows
A growing firm's busiest internal processes ran on copy-paste, inboxes, and memory. We rebuilt nine of them around automation with clean human handoffs, and the same team now executes 70% faster with no added headcount.

01The problem
Most firms do not have a tooling problem. They have a handoff problem. Work moves between people through email, spreadsheets, and chat, and every handoff adds a wait, a retype, or a thing someone forgot.
That was the situation here. The processes the business ran on every day, intake, approvals, follow-ups, reporting, lived in people's heads and inboxes. Each one worked, but only because someone remembered to push it forward.
02What we built
Mapped before automated
We sat with the people doing the work and mapped each process step by step: who touches it, what they wait on, where it stalls. The rebuild followed the map, not a template.
Automation for the routine
The repetitive middle of each workflow, moving data, formatting, chasing, updating status, now runs on its own. The system does the parts that never needed a person.
Clean human handoffs
Where judgment matters, the work stops and waits for a person. It arrives with context attached, so the decision takes minutes instead of a hunt through email.
One source of truth
Each record lives in one place and every step reads from it. Nothing gets retyped, and two versions of the same file can no longer disagree.
Status you can see
Every workflow shows where each item sits and who it is waiting on. Nobody asks around for status, they look.
Built inside the existing stack
Everything runs in the tools the team already used. No migration, no new platform to learn, no change in how the team logs in each morning.
03What changed
Nine core workflows were rebuilt end to end, and execution across them got 70% faster. Work that used to sit overnight between handoffs now moves the same hour.
The team did not grow. Zero headcount was added. The same people handle more volume because the routine middle of each process no longer takes their time.
The quieter change is reliability. Steps stopped depending on memory, so fewer things slip. When something does need a decision, it reaches the right person with the context already attached, and the queue is visible to everyone.
